Signlingo Academy is built for schools and organizations that manage learner data carefully. This page summarizes how we approach security at a practical level. It is not a certification claim and does not replace your organization’s security review or contract terms.

Organization accounts use role-based access for admins, teachers, and learners. Admins manage the school or program; teachers work with classes and content; learners access assigned materials and practice tools.

Schools control who is invited into their organization and what each role can see within the program.

Learner progress, quiz results, and related program data belong to the school or organization account that runs the program.

We process that information to operate classes, reporting, and support as directed by the organization. See our Privacy Policy for how information is collected and used.

We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, or comply with applicable law.

Organizations may request access, correction, or deletion of program data subject to applicable law and account controls. Contact us or your school admin for account-specific requests.

We may use trusted service providers to host, operate, or support the platform. When they process personal information on our behalf, they do so under confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to the work.
